Who really offed Luke's Aunt & Uncle?

So I 've been listening to some podcasts lately that review Star Wars Rebels episodes. A conspiracy type question was posed as a side tangent that I thought was kind of interesting: was it possibly Bobba Fett that came in and "disintegrated" Luke's Aunt & Uncle? In "EMPIRE" Vader does say "no disintegrations" & does seem to make a point of focusing on Fett when he says this. This is probably way out there, but I think it's kind of intriguing & certainly a gateway to some discussion or fanfic. So, what are your thoughts?

I have to assume that it had to be someone else and not the Stormtroopers, if watching the movies has proved one thing to me it's that Stormtroopers could not hit the broad side of a barn if they were standing inside it! So someone else had to do the shooting.

Interesting theory, though. Would be interesting if it were true.
